NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) - It's COOLinary month, which means lunch under $20 and dinner under $39 at over 70 great restaurants around town. Did you know these facts about Rue 127?

1. Cops say the building that houses Rue 127 used to be a very different place.

The building used to be a speakeasy and gambling house.


2. Farm to table? More like backyard to table!

Chef and owner Ray Gruezke's family grows many of the vegetables for the restaurant at their home.
