The Roosevelt Reuben

Ingredients:

  • Pre-cooked Corned Beef
  • 1 Cup Coleslaw
  • 2 Tbsp. Mayo
  • 1 Tbsp. Chef Celeste Honey Mustard
  • 4 Slices of Rye Bread
  • 4 oz. Cheese
  • 4 Tomato slices

Instructions:

Mix the mayo and honey mustard with the coleslaw.  Add the corned beef, coleslaw mixture, cheese, and tomatoes to the bread for the perfect Roosevelt Reuben.

Downtown Chicken Salad Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 4 Chicken Breasts cooked
  • 4 Croissants
  • 1 Cup Mayo
  • 1 Tbsp. Chef Celeste Honey Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Seasoning
  • Mixed Greens
  • Sliced Tomato
  • Candied Bacon

Instructions:

Slice chicken and combine with mayo, honey mustard and seasoning.  Add chicken mixture to croissant along with the mixed greens, sliced tomato, and candied bacon.
