Kung Pao Pastrami, Bywater Eggplant, Deviled Tea Eggs, General's Fried Chicken.
Even fried bologna appears on the menu.
There's a world-class chef named Tobias Womack creating all of that in the kitchen.
But from the sign out front, there's no name for this place at 3028 St. Claude Avenue in New Orleans.
It's Red's Chinese. It's been open about a year now.
