NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) - Ever since word got out that Beyonce and Jay Z bought a home on Harmony Street in the Garden District, fans have been flocking to the mansion to get a look!
In the last few days, there has been full-time security on site to watch over Jay and Bey's home. Signs are now posted on the gate stating: "No Trespassing" and "Under Surveillance". An on-site security guard even sits in a car in the driveway, making sure everything is safe and protected.
The 7 beds, 8 baths, 13,292 sqft mansion resembles more of a castle than a traditional home. According to Zillow.com, which currently lists the home, the mansion was built in 1925 as a place of worship for the Westminster Presbyterian congregation.
No word yet as to when Beyonce and Jay Z will be moving in!
