NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) – Iconic New Orleans Restaurant, Brennan’s will re-open later this month after being closed for over a year.

According to a Brennan’s family press release, the signature pink stucco restaurant at 417 Royal Street will re-open it’s doors on November 25th.

The press release promises an interior remodel that will make Brennan’s “the most polished restaurant in New Orleans.”

The future of the iconic eatery was uncertain after it was shuddered in June of 2013 over mounting unpaid debt and tax issues.

The new Brennan’s is cooperative effort by Terry White and Ralph Brennan.

They have hired Executive Chef Slade Rushing to oversee the cuisine of the revitalized restaurant.
