Most people don’t use the proper plank form, making the exercise harmful and ineffective.

In proper plank form, you’re going to use your arms to drive your heels backward.

Lift your legs and the hips up towards the sky, tuck the tailbone underneath engaging the abs, creating a whole tension-rod effect in the body.

If you do plank correctly you’ll feel every muscle in the body burning.
