Doing squats correctly delivers a great leg workout. However, most people do them incorrectly, making them harmful and ineffective.
When you lower down, you want to sit back on the heels, your knees do not go over your toes.
Lift your chest, draw your shoulders down and back, engaging the abdominals- intentionally squeezing the abs in.
You want to find the range that’s best for you; do not go so low down that it causes discomfort in your knees.
