Cookin’ With Nino: Roasted Hatch Chili Burgers

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

4 hatch bell peppers roasted and peeled, small dice

1 egg beaten

4 tbsp. Bread crumbs

1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

1 teaspoon fresh cilantro, chopped

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon chili powder

¼ teaspoon cayenne powder

salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

 

Mix all the ingredients together then shape into 4 burgers.

 

GRILL ON MEDIUM HIGH HEAT FOR 5 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE OR OVEN BAKE 350 FOR 25 MINUTES OR PAN COOK FOR 5 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE
