Monday’s Wheel of Justice: Searches for Accused Cyberstalker and Party Line Robber

Monday’s Wheel of Justice report begins with the search for a man accused of sending emails to people and threatening to kill them.

Police say Emerick Bultman is mentally disturbed, may be using narcotics, and had a gun.

Also in Monday’s report, the NOPD is looking for a man accused of robbing another man he met on a party line.

Police say the man identified himself to his victim only as Dwayne.  They say the pair met on Caffin Street and Dwayne pulled a gun on the other man.

Police say the robber left the scene in a white Chevy Impala with 20 inch rims.
