NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) - Police are asking the public for help after a morning robbery at a New Orleans car insurance agency.
The above video shows a gunman enter the USAgencies in the 3500 block of S. Carrollton Avenue around 9:00 a.m. and drag an employee to a back room. Moments later the victim is forced out on her hands and knees to open up a company safe.
Authorities say the victim gave the gunman money and he fled the business.
The gunman was described as a black male wearing a gray or black in color “hoodie” style jacket, an orange colored safety vest, red shoes, armed with a black in color semi-automatic handgun.
