JEFFERSON PARISH (WGNO) - An New Orleans man who attempted to sell heroin on Craiglist is now in custody, police said Friday.
A Craigslist user notified the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Department Wednesday after they notice a suspiciously written message. It said “Take a ride on H train, dog food, d@pe serious inquiries only!”

Soon after meeting the agents 24-year-old Geral Bowman threw three plastic bags containing a tan powdery substance to the ground and fled. He was quickly caught without incident in the 3700 block of Powers Blvd.
