Tales of the Cocktail with Pisco Porton

Portón Sour:

  • 1 ½ parts Portón pisco
  • ½ part fresh lime juice
  • ½ part simple syrup
  • ¼ part egg white
  • 1 dash of Angostura™ bitters

Build Instructions:  Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake. Strain contents into a chilled glass. Add a dash of bitters.


Peruvian Mule

 1 ¾ oz. Portón

  • ¼ oz. Apple Pear Bitters
  • ¼ oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 3-4 drops homemade bitters


Build Instructions:  Shake, strain in champagne flute or tall glass.  Top with Prosecco or Ginger Beer.

Garnish:  Apple wedge.
