Prisoners from Angola collected 500 bikes seized by the NOPD. The inmates will fix the bikes and the bikes will then be donated to kids and people who need them. Hayward Jones has a lifetime sentence but he says he hopes this project will help other inmates who have short sentences realize they don’t want to come back to prison.
