Cookin’ With Nino: Italian Summertime Pasta Salad

  • 2 cups cooked bowtie or macaroni pasta
  • 1 6 ounce jar artichoke hearts packed in oil, including oil
  • 3 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup sliced black olives
  • 6 oz. Sundried tomatoes finely cut
  • ½ red onion slivered
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil mayonaise
  • 3/4 tsp basil
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • ¼ tsp dried basil
  • ¼ tsp dried oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste



Place all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and stir until all are mixed well!
