Love it, Like it, Hate it:  “Healthy” Pita Bread

Sandwiches served up on a wrap or pita bread often seem healthier than plain old sliced bread.  The reality:  they’re often no better than plain old sliced bread, and not all pita breads are as wholesome as they may appear. In today’s Get the Skinny, Molly has the best & worst bets of the nutritious-looking pitas on shelves.

Um, why would you reccommend the Orowheat Flatbread when it has cellulose (wood pulp) in it? Doesn't seem like something most people would want to eat. I like the Toufyan pita bread because of it's simple ingredient list. I'm not one of those crazy health nuts but I try to eat foods with fewer ingredients…ones I can pronounce.
