Man Accused of Killing 2 Women and Injuring a Man in Central City

NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) – A 25-year-old has been charged with two counts of first degree murder and one count of attempted murder stemming from a March shooting in Central City where two women were killed and a man was injured.

The U.S. Marshall’s Task Force arrested Cody Williams Wednesday afternoon.

Williams alledgly shot a 19-year-old woman and a 49-year-old woman at a home near Foucher and South Saratoga Streets March 13. An 18-year-old man was also found inside the home, police said.  He had a gunshot wound to this foot.
