Murder, Fraud, Cutting Cases Make Monday’s Wheel of Justice Report

Monday’s Wheel of Justice report began with the latest murder in New Orleans.  According to police, a man was shot to death near the corner of Charbonet and North Johnson in the Lower Ninth Ward.  Police found the man’s body on the sidewalk.  He was pronounced dead at the scene.  The attack happened at about 6:15 Monday night.

Also on Monday’s report, police are looking for a couple who is accused in a fraud investigation.  According to police, the two offered a ride to a woman who needed help getting to her hotel.  Police say the woman later discovered her credit cards were missing.  They say the couple used the cards during their own overnight stay in the French Quarter.

Finally, Monday’s report showed you video of a man who is accused of cutting and beating up his victim on Pere Antoine Alley.  New Orleans police released video surveillance camera footage of the accused suspect.
