Monday’s Wheel of Justice report began with a murder that same night in Harvey.  Jefferson Parish deputies say a woman was sitting in a car when she was approached by two men.  At least one of them opened fire.  The attack happened at about 6:00 pm on 34th Street near Brown Avenue.  The woman died from her injuries.

Monday’s report also included the search for a St. Charles Parish man who is accused of trying to strangle his girlfriend.  Deputies say David Wedge, Jr. was last seen driving a 1999 Silver Jeep Cherokee with the Louisiana license plate WAK-343.

Finally, Monday’s report also included the search for 23-year-old Devin Powell who is wanted by Tangipahoa Parish deputies.  They say Powell faces a list of firearms, theft, and burglary charges.
