Jesuit Blue Jays JPGIt was a duel of two of the best pitchers and teams in the state. And, the home team won it.

Jesuit right hander Corey Avrard tossed a complete game four hit shutout as Jesuit beat Brother Martin 1-0 Monday night at John Ryan Stadium.

Jesuit is now 2-0 in Catholic League play. Brother Martin is 1-1. Both teams are 17-3 overall.
