New Orleans police would like to speak with a 36-year old woman named Kathryn Hunter about the murder of two men Saturday night.  Police are stressing that Hunter is a person of interest, not a suspect.  Police say 23-year-old Johnathan Sam and 22-year-old Stephan Raymond were found shot in the 2700 block of Amelia Street.  One died at the scene and the other at an area hospital.

Monday’s Wheel of Justice report also included the search for whoever killed two women at an apartment complex in New Orleans East.  At about 3:15 Monday morning, police say they responded to a call of gunshots and a stabbing.  At the scene, they found a 20-year-old woman stabbed to death in the parking lot and another woman dead inside an apartment.  Police say the second victim suffered some sort of trauma to the head, but despite the initial call of gunshots, they were not ready on Monday to say the woman was shot to death.

Monday’s report also included security camera footage of a man who is seen walking into a business in the 200 block of Bourbon Street.  Police are calling it a burglary case and say the man broke in.  There’s no word from police on whether the man took anything from the business.
