Bob Marley estate suing Raising Cane’s over “One Love”

Raising Cane’s is a Louisiana institution, but it looks like the chicken chain is in some legal trouble from an unlikely source: according to Spin Magazine Bob Marley’s estate is suing the fast food restaurant after Raising Cane’s adopted the phrase “One Love” as its trademark.

“One Love” was a very popular song by the late Bob Marley, but the term has appeared on Cane’s menus since 2001.
