Corn souffle from Hank Allen

1 can whole kernel corn

1 can cream style corn

1 carton sour cream (8 oz)

¾ stick butter, melted

1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Mix all ingredients and pour into greased casserole dish. 9×9 works best. Cook at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until firm in the center
