1/2 pound cream cheese
1oz goat cheese
3oz diced shrimp
3oz diced lobster meat
1/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp Dales liquid seasoning
1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire
1oz chives

In a mixer, whip the cheeses together.  Cut the lobster meat and shrimp into small pieces.  Dice and cook lobster and shrimp then fold in with the chives.  Season with salt, pepper and lemo juice.  Add panko to bind.

After creating stuffing, spoon or pipe into pepper.  Piquillo peppers are a sweeter pepper from the south region of Spain and can be purchased in any specialty food store such as whole foods, world market, etc.

Serves 8.
