NOLA 311 Expands Services

NOLA 311 has been in place since 2012.  Residents can call 311 on any land line to reach the consolidated call center and make a non-emergency complaint about the city.  Mobile phone users can call 504-658-2299 or visit the website, http://www.nola.gov/311.  The program is now expanding it’s online platform and will be launching a new mobile program in the coming weeks.
