Monday, a judge set a hearing date for a competency hearing for Jeremiah Wright, the man accused of murdering and dismembering his own son.
A mental hospital says Wright is now competent to stand trial, but the judge must agree.
The competency hearing is set to begin on November 4th and could last several days.
Previously, a mental facility determined Wright was competent. But after a hearing, a judge disagreed and ordered further evaluations.
