Get the Skinny: Truly Good-For-You Protein bars

Protein bars can serve as a healthy snack or grab & go breakfast in a pinch, but many brands have more sugar than anything else!  In today’s Get the Skinny, Molly shares her old favorites for protein bars, plus she has 3 new bars that are hitting shelves now!

The fundamentals:

  • Look for bars with at least more protein than sugar
  • No artificial sweeteners
  • Added bonus: Healthy fats/Whole grain fiber

Old favorites (180-240 calories, 14-20 grams protein, 0-5 grams sugar, 0 artificial sweeteners):
