(from the New Orleans Police Department) – The following people have been arrested in connection with the death of Officer Rodney Thomas.  The arrests happened between 2 and 3am this morning.

Justin McKey, 25 years old, booked with Hit and Run and Manslaughter.

Kenneth Halley, 28 years old, booked with Obstruction of Justice and Accessory After the Fact to Manslaughter.

Bill Cager, 34 years old (body shop owner), booked with Obstruction of Justice and Accessory After the Fact to Manslaughter.
