Fruit Kabobs:  Frozen skewered grapes & strawberries (& any other fruit of choice)

DIY Freezer Pops (www.zipzicles.com)

  • 1 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 ½ cups fruit of choice, with optional herb/spice

(e.g. pineapple + cilantro, mango + chipotle, berries, etc)

  • Juice of ½ to 1 lime

Blend well, and use funnel to pour into Zipzicle bags.

Makes 5 freezer pops per batch.

Per serving: 75 calories, 1.4 grams fat, >1 gram saturated fat, 9 grams carbohydrates, 0.7 grams fiber, 7.5 grams sugar (all naturally-occurring sugar), 7 grams protein.

Low-Sugar Fresh Fruit Dip, served with any fruit of choice!

  • 1 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
  • 8 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 1 cup Swerve Confectioner’s Style Sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

With immersion blender or food processor, blend until whipped and creamy.

Makes 16 two-tablespoon servings

Per serving: 60 calories, 4 grams fat, 1.5 grams saturated fat, 14 grams carbohydrates, 0.6 grams fiber, 1.7 grams sugar, 3 grams protein
