It’s time for summer blockbuster season at the movies, but unfortunately, more movies means more movie snacks! Luckily there are some better-for-you options, so today we’re Getting the Skinny with Molly on the best & worst of movie theater snacks!

Pickle. They’re just 15 calories, but a single pickle has nearly 1200 mg sodium, so steer clear if you’re on a low-salt diet.
Skittles. The movie-size bags pack in 800 calories and 150 grams of sugar – that’s six times the American Heart Association’s upper limit recommended for women!
AMC’s Perfect Co-Stars Combo (large soft drink + large popcorn) can be loaded with as much as 1500 calories, more than 30 spoonfuls of sugar, and nearly 3 days worth of saturated fat – and that’s without any extra butter!
