Covington police say two teenagers accused of vandalizing St. Paul’s High School confessed.  According to police, 17-year-old Owen Edwards of Folsom and 18-year-old Carter Hall of Covington claimed they got drunk at a party and told everyone they were going to bring mayhem to St. Paul’s.

Both teenagers are booked with a charge of criminal damage to property over $500.

Soon after the crime, police announced they would seek hate crime charges in the case.  As of Friday evening, those charges had yet to be filed.
