Tomato Plants from Rotolo’s for Mother’s Day

Garden Alfredo Pasta

Penne 7oz
Alfredo 9oz
Tomatoes 1oz
Mushrooms 1oz
Red Onion 1 oz
Fresh Spinach 12 leaves
Feta .5 oz
Garnish

Boil pasta till tender. Sauté Tomatoes,  Mushrooms, Onions in sauté pan on medium heat for 2 min. Add Alfredo and Spinach to sauté pan and sauté for another 2 min. Add penne to sauté pan and toss till thoroughly mixed. Put on plate and garish with feta, bread stick, Parmesan and Parsley.

Greek Salad

Lettuce 3oz
Tomatoes 1oz
Red Onion 1 oz
Green Peppers 1 oz
Kalamata Olives 1 oz
Feta 1 oz
Rotolo’s Balsamic Vinaigrette 6 oz

Spinach Salad

Spinach 3 oz
Red Onion 1 oz
Feta 1 oz
Tomatoes 1 oz
Rotolo’s Balsamic Vinaigrette 6 oz
