Swerve Simple Syrup:
½ cup Swerve Sweetener + ½ cup water, heated and stirred until dissolved.
Trop 50 Orange Juice. Stevia-sweetened, with half the calories and sugar of regular OJ.
Crystal Light. Very low in sugar and calories, but made with artificial sweetener.
Monin Sugar Free Triple Sec. Zero calories, zero sugar, though made with artificial sweetener sucralose (Splenda).
Triple Sec. 75 calories and 7 grams sugar per one-ounce serving.
Simple Syrup. 50 calories and 14 grams of sugar per one-ounce serving.
