Lunchtime Laughs: Annual Mullet Toss

Nearly 25 thousand people gathered along the Florida-Alabama state line each year to throw fish at each other. A mullet… and no, we are not talking about that fabulous 80’s hairdo, is a dead fish that weighs about a pound. The idea is to see how far you can throw it past the state lines. Proceeds from the weekend go to area youth charities. The event raises more than 20-thousand dollars each year.
