Agent Finds Loaded Gun at Armstrong International

A TSA agent performing a routine search at Louis Armstrong International Airport found a loaded 40 caliber handgun in a passenger’s carry-on bag.

The passenger said it was an accident.

The TSA did not release his name.

He was not arrested but does face a civil fine for having a loaded weapon in an airport security zone.
