Hodgson Mill Yellow Cake Mix – Gluten Free

Per serving: 160 calories, 38 grams carbs, 1 gram insoluble fiber, 15 grams sugar

Ingredients: brown rice flour, sugar, tapioca starch, cornstarch

 

Sure, it’s still cake, so it’s not really what you’d call ‘nutritious’ but it’s the only brand on NOLA shelves that lists a whole grain as first ingredient, and lowest in sugar.
