A West Bank murder has loved ones turning to the public for clues.

It’s been two weeks since a 19-year Bryan Jones was gunned down near his home.

It happened in the 4100 block of Lac Couture Drive in Harvey.

Family members say Jones had gotten into an argument.

Moments later his mother heard multiple gunshots; then discovered her son’s lifeless body five blocks from their home.

“Can’t can’t eat, can’t sleep, can’t nothing; can’t even much drive, I’m still shaking today,” Bryan’s mother Shantrell Jones said.

“Keep reliving the moment over, and over, and over again; running through this parking lot through the alley way and seeing my son, child lying on that ground,” Jones said.

During a candle light vigil at the scene Monday, loved ones pleaded for witnesses to the shooting to come forward.

Anyone with information in the case can make an anonymous call to Crimestoppers, at (504) 822-1111.

God bless this family. Keep your head to the sky. Proverbs 3,1:8, My son and daughters do not forget my law, But let your heart keep my commands; For length of days and long life, And peace they will add to you. Let not mercy and truth forsake you; Bind them around your neck, Write them on the tablet of your heart, And so find favor and high esteem, In the sight of God and man. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And he shall direct your paths. Do not be wise in your own eyes; Fear the Lord and depart from evil. It will be health to your flesh, And strength to your bones. Love you Dee
