The N.O.P.D. arrested a man accused of shooting a 3-year-old.

They say 37-year-old Terrence Robinson accidentally shot the boy in the hand around 6:00 p.m. Friday.

The shooting happened in the 6000 block of Kuebel Drive in New Orleans East.

Robinson will be charged with negligent injuring and felon in possession of a firearm.

The child was listed in good condition at the hospital Friday night.
