Galatoire’s fed the royalty for this year’s Krewe of Barkus.

King Jacques Miller Wallis and Queen Hattie Warner had a pre-parade meal at the French Quarter establishment Friday.

This year’s Barkus theme is “Tails and Tiaras: Here Comes Honey Bow Wow”.

The parade is Sunday at 2:00 pm.

It starts at Armstrong Park, goes down and around Jackson Square and then heads back to Armstrong Park.
