1 1/2 oz. Redbreast 12 Year Whiskey
3/4 oz. Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao
1/2 oz. Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth
1/2 oz. lemon juice
1 egg white
Shake, then add ice and shake again
Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice
