Reward Increased to Find Female Fugitive

The reward to catch escaped inmate Keana Barnes is up to $2,000.

One New Year’s Day Barnes escaped from the Louisiana Institute for Women in St. Gabriel.

She recently shaved her head and has the letter “K” tattooed on her left hand, a dragon on her back and two panthers on her chest.

Barnes was serving a 25-year sentence for manslaughter.
