Sazerac Cocktail

Coat glass with Herbsaint liqueur

2 oz. Sazerac Rye Whiskey

1/4 oz. simple syrup

3 o4 4 dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters

Shake with ice, and serve either on the rocks or straight up
