Does your family still eat at the dinner table?

Nutritionists are telling parents to make time to eat with their children to ensure they get all their fruits and veggies. They also say that kids are influenced by parents who eat well balanced meals. Kids that eat separately from their parents often chose junk food over healthy food.

    We still eat together, just not often enough at the dinner table. It's more like coffee table and dinner trays in the living room. I know, sad.

    Yes, we eat together with my family in the dining table. And I am glad mother does it.
