Half of a granny smith apple
1 tsp. lemon juice
Muddle the above ingredients
1 oz. Drambuie liqueur
1/2 oz. Lemon Hart 151 Rum
1/2 oz. Laird’s Apple Jack Brandy
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
1/2 oz. cinnamon simple syrup
Shake with ice, then strain
