The woman in this photo is having the time of her life riding a manatee. Too bad riding an endangered mammal is a federal offense.
Police had been looking for Anna Gutierrez since these pictures were released back in September. Gutierrez eventually turned herself in, saying she didn’t know it was against the law.

I'd say manatees yes, we should leave them alone, because they are so nice, alligators no, they are dangerous and there's just so many of them…
