Think twice before tossing those Thanksgiving leftovers. Chef Matt Murphy lets Vanessa Bolano into his kitchen at The Irish House to whip up some fresh dishes featuring Thursday’s meal.
“The ham, the turkey, the stuffing, various things, so there’s ways you can utilize that and turn it into something, especially when you have a ton of it,” says Chef Mat Murphy.
Chef Murphy creates four fresh dishes using Thanksgiving’s finest. To stay on the safe side you’ll have two days to reuse the goods and another three or four to eat it.
