Garlic Lime Salmon

INGREDIENTS:

2 Salmon Filets Wild Caught (approx. 1-1/2 pounds each)

½ cup FIRST COLD PRESSED OLIVE OIL

1 tablespoon fresh minced garlic

¼ cup lime juice

1 tablespoon grated lime zest

1 tablespoon Chef Nino’s Adrenaline Seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients except the salmon and mix thoroughly. Place salmon filets into mixture and let marinate for 2 hours in refrigerator turning occasionally. Place salmon filets skin side down on medium heated grill. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork basting every 5 minutes with remainder of lime mixture.
