The man charged with sexual battery and obscenity for a celebration after the BCS championship game pleaded not guilty Monday.
32-year-old Brian Downing is accused of placing his genitals on a passed out LSU fan in the Krystal restaurant on Bourbon Street.
Prosecutors say Downing is the man in a cell phone video performing the lewd act.
